摘 要：本文对数字化转型对事业单位人事劳资管理效率、人才发展、公平分配和管理创新等方面带来的意义加以分析，指出了事业单位在人事劳资管理中存在的问题，并从更新理念、完善系统、强化数据管理等多个维度，提出具体的优化对策，旨在为事业单位人事劳资管理现代化转型提供有价值的参考。
