Abstract: With the accelerating urbanization process, mergers and acquisitions have become a critical means for property enterprises to achieve industry consolidation and scale operations. Post-merger integration poses multiple challenges including business integration, organizational structure optimization, brand synergy, and service standardization, all of which impact operational efficiency and asset appreciation. Successful property M&A relies not only on precise market analysis and financial valuation but also requires effective integration strategies and operational optimization measures, encompassing resource restructuring, service system convergence, digital empowerment, and implementation of refined management models. Based on typical property M&A cases, this paper analyzes key pain points in industry consolidation, explores strategies to enhance post-merger operational efficiency from perspectives of management system optimization, personnel integration, intelligent operations, and customer service standardization, and proposes measures to maximize post-merger value through cost control, brand synergy, and value-added service expansion. The study provides theoretical foundations and practical guidance for property management enterprises in merger integration.
