Facebook has high traffic, but B2B customer targeting is less precise. After adding WhatsApp, how should you follow up to achieve faster conversions?

Here is a five-step closing method for you.

Step one: break the ice. Introduce yourself in one sentence, then add a question that can be answered without much thought. For example: Are you directly responsible for purchasing, or do you need to report to your team? It can be answered in three seconds and helps quickly determine decision-making authority.

Step two: qualify. Weave three questions into the conversation: What is your main business? Is it for your own use or for bundled resale? Roughly when do you need it? If the need is within one month, make it a priority follow-up.

Step three: demonstrate value. Don’t send dozens of images or long voice messages all at once. Send them separately, and each time provide just one practical takeaway that is relevant to the customer’s business.

Step four: move the decision forward. Is the customer worried about risk? Offer a small trial order. Is the customer stuck on internal reporting? Proactively help them draft a recommendation message to forward to their boss.

Step five: long-term nurturing. For customers who did not convert after receiving a quotation, provide a little new information every time you contact them, instead of repeatedly asking How is your consideration going.

The core logic: every contact should help the customer solve a problem, not urge them to make payment.

If you need the complete operational checklist and script templates, I can send them to you.
