Zhang Ningxia (Chengdu Branch, China Mobile Communications Group Sichuan Co., Ltd., Chengdu, Sichuan 610041) Abstract: Based on the background of "Big Intelligence Cloud IoT" technology integration, this paper systematically analyzes the internal and external driving forces of intelligent financial transformation and proposes a two-stage model for intelligent financial development—the digital intelligence development stage focuses on intelligent reconstruction of financial processes (intelligent reporting, auditing, and accounting systems), achieving efficiency leaps through data assetization and rule engines; the digital intelligence optimization stage extends to strategic decision support, relying on algorithm models and business intelligence to build predictive and deductive capabilities. Further, a dual-path implementation framework of "comprehensive deployment" and "agile deployment" is designed, with the former emphasizing integrated business management and the latter focusing on lightweight toolchain breakthroughs. Addressing core transformation bottlenecks, a "culture-talent" dual-wheel guarantee system is constructed, highlighting organizational cognitive reconstruction and financial talent capability reshaping, aiming to provide references for enterprise financial transformation upgrades, financial personnel capability enhancement, and cultivation.
