Abstract: With the rapid development of socio-economics and modern technology, China has steadily entered the knowledge economy era, making talent resource development and management increasingly crucial for enterprises. As a new economic model driven by knowledge, the knowledge economy requires enterprises to correctly recognize the value of knowledge creation, dissemination, and application in driving socio-economic progress. Against this backdrop, enterprises must view talent resource development and management models as core elements for enhancing market competitiveness to achieve stable and sustainable growth. By focusing on talent cultivation, improving employees' professional skills and comprehensive qualities, and transforming them into driving forces for continuous enterprise advancement, companies can strengthen their market competitiveness. In light of this, this paper explores innovative approaches to enterprise talent resource development and management models in the knowledge economy era, aiming to provide practical guidance for long-term enterprise development.
