As a new economic model driven by knowledge, enterprises must correctly recognize the value of knowledge creation, dissemination, and application in driving socio-economic progress. Against this backdrop, to achieve stable and sustainable development, enterprises must view talent resource development and management models as core elements for enhancing market competitiveness.
