Abstract: In the context of the digital economy, enterprises should prioritize the construction of an early warning system for patent-related foreign risks. These risks include fluctuations in international regulations, legal discrepancies, differences in technical standards, and risks associated with data processing and utilization. This paper focuses on the framework of the early warning system, such as establishing a multi-source information collection mechanism to gather extensive data sources, creating a risk assessment indicator system for quantitative risk evaluation, forming a professional early warning team to ensure expert judgment, and developing an intelligent risk early warning platform to enhance efficiency and accuracy. These measures effectively improve enterprises' ability to address patent-related foreign risks in the digital economy, thereby strengthening their competitiveness and risk management capabilities in the international patent landscape.
