Abstract: This paper explores the correlation between enterprise organizational structure and job analysis from the perspective of labor economics. By analyzing labor division, human resource allocation, labor productivity, etc., it elaborates on the impact of organizational structure on job analysis and the feedback effect of job analysis on organizational structure. On this basis, optimization strategies based on their correlation are proposed, including rationally designing organizational structures to enhance the scientificity of job analysis, and optimizing organizational structures based on job analysis results. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to improve labor economic efficiency and achieve sustainable development.
