Liu Ziwei (Capital University of Economics and Business, School of Labor Economics, Beijing 100070) Abstract: This paper explores the correlation between enterprise organizational structure and job analysis from the perspective of labor economics. By analyzing labor division, human resource allocation, labor productivity, etc., it elaborates on how organizational structure influences job analysis and the feedback effect of job analysis on organizational structure. Based on this, optimization strategies leveraging their correlation are proposed, including scientifically designing organizational structures to enhance job analysis rigor and optimizing organizational structures based on job analysis results. The study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving labor economic efficiency and achieving sustainable development in enterprises.
