Li Puxian (Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing 100029, China) Abstract: With the rapid development of the medical industry, human resource management in public hospitals plays an increasingly important role in improving the quality of medical services and operational efficiency. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in current human resource management in public hospitals, including talent loss, imperfect incentive mechanisms, and unscientific performance evaluation systems, and explores corresponding optimization strategies, such as improving the salary system, strengthening staff training, and optimizing recruitment processes. It also points out issues like incomplete human resource information systems and "information silos" in public hospitals at this stage, providing solutions to offer theoretical support and practical guidance for human resource management in hospitals.
