If clicking to push an event completely matches the keyword for a multi-graphic reply, then when editing the graphic reply, the keyword must not be the same as that of the multi-graphic reply. If they are the same, when replying with the keyword in the public account or selecting from a custom menu, the graphic reply will be displayed with priority instead of the multi-graphic reply.
