Guo An'an (Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing 100007) This paper first provides an overview of digital transformation and explores its positive impacts on corporate business management from three perspectives: management model innovation, decision support system upgrades, and human resource management optimization. It then analyzes challenges arising from this context, including lagging infrastructure development, heightened concerns over data security and privacy protection, insufficient awareness of digital transformation, lack of innovative collaboration, intensified market competition, and increasingly diverse consumer demands and preferences. Finally, it proposes targeted strategies: improving infrastructure, strengthening data security and privacy protection, enhancing digital transformation awareness, fostering an innovative and collaborative culture, boosting market competitiveness, and meeting diverse consumer demands. This paper aims to provide reference for enterprises to better conduct business administration and achieve high-quality development in the digital transformation context.
