Passion melts the team, cohesion accomplishes the dream--Easy Campbell 2019 spring training camp ended successfully!

On April 19, the Yiyingbao team came to the Shuilianxia Scenic Area in southern Jinan and started a two-day expansion training with the theme of "Passion melts the team, cohesion achieves dreams". The difference between this expansion training and previous ones is that there are fewer projects that challenge the limit and courage, and more projects that improve team cooperation and centripetal force. The 40 trainees were divided into two teams, fighting wits and courage on the training ground and growing together.

◆ Rapid 60 seconds

30 pictures representing different numbers were placed in the designated area, and each team had to find the pictures representing the numbers in turn within 60 seconds. This game requires participants to use their imagination to quickly associate relevant numbers based on the content of the pictures, and also requires the team to have a reasonable division of labor, be orderly, and everyone must have efficient execution. After four attempts, all the numbers were finally found within 60 seconds. In this game, everyone gained a collective perspective and sense of honor for jointly creating success.

◆ A group of dragons fetching water

With the help of their companions, the team members take turns to get water from the starting line. The water is placed at different distances, and each person is only allowed to take one bottle. The area from the starting line to the water source is the danger zone, and no part of the body of any partner can touch the danger zone. In this stage, each team member has a reasonable division of labor and cooperation. Everyone will do their best to get the farthest water and leave it to others.

◆ African drum

The African drum session included four parts: deployment, dynamic beats, war drums and tribal stories. Everyone learned about African drums and learned the beats and playing methods of African drums. In the end, everyone wrote, directed and performed a tribal story. Without any modesty, after an afternoon of learning, the editor has learned to play the drums of 7 pop songs (with a proud face^0^).

I will not show you more exciting activities one by one. Although the two days were short, every game and activity demonstrated the power of cooperation, efficient execution and rigorous attitude.
