1,  For websites already online, click "Mini Program" in the "My Websites" list

2,  Fill in the mini program title, upload logo, then click "Start Publishing"

3,  After clicking publish, the system will automatically download the mini program compressed package. Decompress it and select the decompressed root directory when uploading in the mini program developer tools.
