When menu publishing fails, please check the following points:

»»① If a custom menu has only one level, the first-level menu type cannot be set to "First-level menu without event". You need to select "Click to trigger event" or "Redirect URL" based on requirements;

If a first-level menu needs to have second-level submenus, the first-level menu type must be set to "First-level menu without event", and at least one second-level menu must be configured.
