Hello! According to the "Regulations on the Administration of Internet Domain Names in China", domain name registration applicants should submit true, accurate and complete domain name registration information.

In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for comprehensive domain name real-name authentication in 2017, Alibaba Cloud has received a notice from the relevant registry. If your domain name fails to pass the real-name review within the specified time, the registry will suspend resolution (Serverhold) and it will not be accessible normally. Normal use can be resumed only after the real-name authentication is passed. The domain names involved include: .com/.net /.red/.kim/.pro/.info/.mobi/.ltd/.group/.link/biz/.top/.xyz/.vip /.club/.shop/.wang/.ren /.site /.我爱你/.集团/.xin/.cn/.中国/.公司/.网络/gov.cn/.ink/.中文网/.在线/.网址.work/.online/ .tech/.fun/.store (other domain name suffixes do not need to submit real-name authentication materials for the time being. The real-name authentication submission entrance is currently closed and will be opened after receiving the real-name notification from the registry); the relevant details of the real-named domain names are as follows:

Please be sure to complete the real-name authentication of the above suffix domain name as soon as possible according to the following requirements to avoid affecting the normal use of your website/email or network application due to failure to pass the real-name review. The details are as follows:
1. If your domain name belongs to the above domain name suffixes and has not yet completed real-name authentication, please submit your information as soon as possible to complete the real-name authentication review. Click here to complete the real-name authentication
The information submitted for real-name authentication includes:
① Scanned copy of resident ID card (individual)
② Scanned copy of the company's business license or organization code certificate (for enterprises)

2. If your domain name belongs to the above domain name suffixes, but it is an existing historical domain name that was registered and completed real-name authentication before the start time of real-name authentication of the relevant registry, it belongs to the historical real-name authentication situation.

Some registries will verify the historical real-name authentication materials (secondary review). If the review fails, you will need to resubmit the materials for real-name authentication;
Some registries cannot automatically identify historical real-name authentication situations, requiring users to re-upload real-name authentication information to complete the review.

Please pay attention to the Alibaba Cloud system notification, log in to check the real-name authentication status of the domain name, and follow the prompts.

3. In order to complete the real-name authentication review as soon as possible, starting from April 30, 2017, if your domain name belongs to the above domain name suffixes and has not yet submitted real-name authentication or failed the review, its management function will be restricted. At that time, you will not be able to add & modify resolution, DNS modification and other related operations. After passing the real-name authentication, the above restrictions will be lifted.
